Find answers to common questions about your stay, amenities, and booking details.
How do I reach your homestay on the island?
You’re right—our property is on a peaceful island without direct road access. To reach us, simply come to the riverbank point at coordinates: 9.399217, 76.38540. From there, we’ll pick you up by boat and bring you home.
How far are you from Alleppey train or bus station?
We’re located about 16 km south of Alleppey town.
By Train: The nearest station is Ambalapuzha. From there, take an auto or tuk-tuk to the pickup point (9.399217, 76.38540) and we’ll bring you by boat.
By Bus: Take a bus to Kanjipadom, then it’s a 1 km walk or short auto ride to the same pickup point. We’ll meet you there by boat.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop?
Yes, we do! We can arrange airport transfers and taxi services to other destinations. Just call us in advance to confirm rates and availability.
Why are there no bins in the rooms?
As we’re on an island with no formal waste management, we kindly request guests to take back any plastic waste with them—even small wrappers. Food waste is reused for biogas or fed to our chickens.
We’ve removed bins from rooms as a precaution, but if needed, we’re happy to provide carry bags for collecting your plastic waste.
